Try this fruity shake after your next weight training session. Great for building muscle, and great tasting.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp whey protein powder
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Fat: 1 gram
