Such a good recipe for a muscle building protein shake, it could double as dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup 1% low-fat chocolate milk
- 1 oz. whey protein powder
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Calories: 325
Protein: 32 grams
Carbohydrates: 46 grams
Fat: 3 grams
Saturated Fat: 1 gram
