2. Is this program designed for men or women?
Who says that men and women need to train or eat differently to get strong? The truth is that they DON’T. 3. Am I too old? I’m older, overweight, and definitely out of shape. Plus, I haven’t worked out in years. Is this program going to be too hard for me to follow?

4. Am I too young? I’m only 16, and I really want to get big, rock solid muscles. Am I too young to start on a program like this?
Absolutely not. My partner’s program can be applied to all ages. If you’re younger than 15, you probably shouldn’t get into any extremely heavy weight training just yet. However, in the younger teen years, starting with bodyweight-only exercises and lighter weight training is a great way to get started into fitness and get in great shape.
Generally at age 16 and up, this program would be great for you. Your body is in prime muscle building mode. You can get it right from the start. Don’t be like me and countless other guys that had no clue in high school, and worked out hours on end to gain no size. You will learn how and why you are in a great position to start gaining maximum size.

5. Do I need to join a gym or can I do these workouts at home?
It’s really up to you. At a bare minimum, you can even get decent results simply by adjusting the featured workouts in my partner’s program. The workouts can be adjusted to accommodate you and your equipment. This can easily be done, and most exercises in the program only use the basic equipment that you will want to have anyway.
You can get impressive results by just getting some dumbbells and barbells, bench, and some weight plates. If you don’t already have equipment, think about why you would want to buy it. Unfortunately, many people have workout equipment at home and never use it. On the other hand, when people are paying for a gym membership, they are more likely to use it. Also, buying your own equipment can be expensive, and getting started at a gym can be inexpensive. Another advantage to going to the gym is the mental aspect. When you go home at the end of a work day, you are home, and it’s time to relax, right? Once you sit down, kick your shoes off and relax, do you feel like getting in an intense workout in the home gym? Probably not, it’s just too tempting to stay relaxed day after day and let your progress slip.
There are many advantages to having a home gym. But if one of the reasons you don’t want to go to the gym is because you are embarrassed, I understand. Everyone has to start somewhere. 7. Does this program require me to buy any expensive supplements, powders, or diet pills?
Absolutely NOT! Almost all supplements and diet pills are a complete waste of money. They are simply luring you in with their devious marketing ploys to try and get you to believe that there is a “magic pill in a bottle.” They want you to believe that you can look like the steroid injecting pro body builder on the bottle. You can, if you become a steroid injecting pro body builder. Don’t believe all of that hype.
The fact is that you don’t need supplements to develop the body of your dreams! All you need is the most effective style of training, the right mindset, as well as good quality, wholesome food in the right combinations and proportions, at the right times, and in the right quantities, to achieve whatever your goals are.
Now, there are a few things that are recommend in my partner’s program. There are a few “supplements” that are worth taking. I put supplements in quotes because these items are found naturally in foods and in the body. Sometimes it’s just more convenient for your busy lifestyle to get these things in supplement form. An example would be a multivitamin/ mineral.

8. What if I’m a vegetarian. Will I still be able to use the nutritional guidance in this program?
Yes, you can still use the principles of the nutritional strategies section and get great results even if you choose to be vegetarian. You will simply need to modify some of the examples to your vegetarian needs. Also, the meal plans include meat and animal products, so those will have to be adjusted. However, since you’ve chosen to eliminate animal based products from your diet, you’ll need to be extra careful to obtain sufficient quality protein and other nutrients to keep your body healthy and functioning properly.
This is another example of good supplementation. As a vegetarian, you will want to supplement with Soy Protein, in order to fulfill your body’s protein needs. This is much more convenient and feasible than eating 3 cups of soybeans.

9. How much time do the workouts in your programs take and how often?
The full body workouts within my partner’s program generally take between 30-50 minutes/day and are recommended 3 days/week. Depending on which route you choose will determine how long your workouts are. If you want to stay lean while bulking up, you might throw a few 20 minute cardio sessions in during the week. Also, if you want to keep or get a six pack, you will want to perform the special, 15 minute abdominal workout that I have included just for you.
So in total, you can work out and gain mass in as little as 3 hours per week (less than 1% of your time). You will also learn how important the other 165 hours (99%) of your time is. You will learn how to actually gain muscle during this time, that is, the time when you are not actually working out!

10. I want to gain muscle, but not be freaky like the pro body builders, can I?
Sure you can.
