I decided as a young man that I would dedicate my life to helping others. Through my ever growing line of fitness and hypnosis products, I have helped hundreds of people worldwide realize their potential and achieve their goals.
My success spreads far and wide in the world of fitness and hypnotherapy, and I ensure my clients are advantaged by my vast wealth of experience and knowledge in the fields of Self-Change of the mind and body. I studied with IBCBH Advanced Hypnosis where I was awarded the Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapy. This diploma is accredited by the International Certification Board for Clinical Hypnotherapy and the National Guild of Hypnotists.
I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and one in Fitness Management. I have also completed full fitness training and earned certifications through various certifying bodies. These certifications include: Group Exercise Instructor, Nutrition Advisor, Personal Trainer, Advanced Personal Trainer, Personal Trainer Specialist, Personal Trainer Practitioner and finally, Personal Trainer Master Practitioner.
My Muscle Gain Journey
I have practiced what I preach. I graduated high school at a whopping 129lbs. I went on to graduate from Air Force Basic Military Training at an even more amazing 119lbs. I had always played sports, but never had any muscle. I now know why. After being an embarrassing, and almost dangerous 119lbs, I knew it was time to change. I wanted to gain muscle, so I set about doing the same things I always did. I kept doing all the wrong things and kept getting skinnier. I asked other guys in the gym for their advice. I heard about 10 different versions of what to do to gain muscle. Some of it was convincing, and some of it was totally bogus.
Finally, I decided to actually educate myself and think for myself, rather than take everyone else’s bad advice. I started reading all that I could about muscle growth. I read magazines, internet web sites, and medical journals, books on body building, personal trainer reference books, and kinesiology textbooks. I was picking up a ton of great information about many different aspects of muscle growth, but there wasn’t any one book that explained everything. One night, after thinking about it intently, it just clicked. I had a dream about all of the different aspects of muscle growth, and the chapters for Maximum Mass: The In Your Face, Straight Up Facts were put in order. I couldn’t believe it, it was so simple, but no other book had it all. I did more research and started to put it all together.
I decided to put it into practice. Previously, I couldn’t gain a pound to save my life. After I put these principals into practice, I went from 119 lbs to 141 lbs, in one month. I was rock solid and cut. I have been able to gain muscle mass whenever I want, using my program, but it didn’t stop there. My roommate was worried about me, and the Air Force actually made me take a drug test!
I didn’t care, I was clean. The results were nothing short of amazing. I started to train my fellow military buddies, who started getting the same results. I have since combined the aspects to force the body to grow, with the power of the mind. I have been teaching others to get the same results since 2002. Since then I have been a Seven Time, Texas Military Forces Push Up State Champion. One year, I broke the push up record for the entire Air Force. Then the next year, I broke that record.
In the Air Force, I graduated top of my class in the Air Force Fitness Academy. I was also asked to consult with various leaders on re-writing the current fitness regulations and standards.
The rest is history, from when I joined the Air Force until now; I have always continued to learn, and to teach what I know. I opened a gym in my area and have recently packed most of my knowledge and years of experience into the Mental Edge Complete Muscle Building Program.
